Trust is built through consistency. It is reflected in the decisions an organisation makes, the standards it upholds and the relationships it nurtures over the years. It is also evident in the confidence people place in a company, whether as customers, employees or investors. When that confidence finds recognition year after year, it speaks to the strength of that trust, built carefully over time.
For the second consecutive year, Lodha has been named among Newsweek’s World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2026. Now in its fourth edition, the ranking recognises 1,000 companies across 20 countries and a wide range of industries. For Lodha, the repeat recognition marks a significant milestone while bringing Indian real estate into the wider global conversation.
Developed by Newsweek in partnership with Statista, the ranking draws on independent research to assess how companies are perceived by the people who engage with them. The 2026 edition is based on responses from more than 65,000 participants across 20 countries, who submitted evaluations across three dimensions: customer trust, employee trust and investor trust. The research is complemented by a social-listening analysis that examines public sentiment towards the companies evaluated.
For Lodha, this recognition highlights the values at its heart. Trust and integrity guide how the company operates, from the transparency of its practices to the diligence of its teams. In real estate, where purchasing a home represents one of life’s most significant commitments, transparency, quality service and a considered customer experience are particularly important. These principles have long informed the way Lodha conducts its business.
Speaking on the recognition, Raunika Malhotra, President of Marketing and Corporate Communication at Lodha, said, “Trust is built over time, through consistency and a commitment to the standards one upholds. To be recognised for the second consecutive year as the only Indian real estate company on the list, is a testament to that commitment. This recognition is not a finish line, but a reminder to keep raising the bar and to demonstrate what Indian real estate can represent on the global stage.”
Lodha’s inclusion positions Indian real estate within a wider global conversation on trust and corporate credibility. The recognition places Lodha alongside prominent global real estate names such as Cyrela, Savills and British Land, underscoring the value of trust as a defining measure of business reputation across markets.
For Lodha, this milestone is both an occasion for gratitude and a reminder of the responsibility that comes with it. It reflects the confidence placed in the organisation by its customers, the dedication of its employees and the unwavering support of its investors and partners. As the company looks ahead, it does so with a continued commitment to the values that have always guided it: integrity, accountability and a deep respect for the people who have been part of its journey.
