In the heart of Mumbai, abundance takes on a different meaning. It is the luxury of space to pause, of expansive greenery and of a horizon that brings home the beauty of the outdoors. At the upcoming Lodha Elise in Worli, these ideas are set to converge across four acres, with spacious residences, generous landscaped greens and Lodha’s signature hospitality being brought together for a select few families.
Conceived as a residential address in one of Mumbai’s most distinguished neighbourhoods, Lodha Elise will bring a sense of abundance to the heart of urban living.
Designed by Singapore-based SCDA, Lodha Elise will reflect the practice’s distinctive approach to architecture, where the built environment is conceived in close relationship with nature. Seen across its portfolio, including projects such as Soori Bali, Park Hyatt Maldives and W Bali, this design philosophy is set to find expression in the heart of Worli.
At Worli, this sensibility will find a different expression. Much like the finest resorts across the world, the design will bring landscape into the experience of arriving, moving through and living within the development. The result will be an environment that feels open and composed, offering a sense of complete serenity.
Nearly three of the development’s four acres will be dedicated to greenery, extending across the ground and two podium levels. Tall trees will cast cool shade, water features will soften the ambience and seating will be tucked among the greens, inviting residents to linger. Even the architecture will reflect this connection with the outdoors, with a sweeping staircase appearing to rise from the landscape and unfurl towards the sky.

At Lodha Elise, a sense of abundance carries into the residences. With the first habitable floor approximately 150 feet above ground, the residences will rise above the immediate streetscape, opening onto expansive views of Worli and the city.
Juliet decks and balconies will extend each living space outdoors, so the horizon becomes part of the home. To the north, the Bandra-Worli Sea Link will frame the sea, with the skyline unfolding alongside it. To the south, the city’s changing skyline will form part of the panorama. Wherever one looks, the view will stay wide and open.
With columns thoughtfully placed towards the periphery, the layouts will also offer rare freedom in planning the home. Families will be able to organise their homes around their own preferences, creating spaces that reflect how they live and adapt as their needs change.

At Lodha Elise, wellbeing will be integral to the everyday. More than one lakh square feet of amenities and shared spaces will offer opportunities for fitness activities, recreation and relaxation, with greenery, natural light and open views framing it all.
Whether it is time spent outdoors, a leisurely swim or an unhurried pause in the middle of the day, residents will have a range of ways to pursure their interests.
Abundance also lies in the ease of having daily life looked after. At Lodha Elise, an in-house hospitality team, with experience from some of the world’s finest luxury hotels, will bring personalised service into the residential setting.
From a warm welcome on arrival to discreet assistance and the thoughtful upkeep of shared spaces, the approach will be attentive without being intrusive. Service that anticipates needs and responds to individual preferences will make the experience of home more effortless, while preserving the privacy that will define life at Lodha Elise.
Worli occupies a distinctive place in Mumbai’s urban landscape, connecting established business districts with the city’s celebrated cultural, dining and social destinations.
Direct access to the Coastal Road Connector will extend that reach across the city, from Nariman Point to Navi Mumbai, in a smooth, signal-free journey. The benefit will be practical as much as geographical: easier movement across the city will leave more time for the things that matter beyond the commute.
In the heart of Worli, Lodha Elise is poised to bring together a different set of priorities: room to breathe, greenery within reach, expansive views and service that makes daily life more effortless. Lodha Elise will offer a different measure of abundance: not simply more space, but more room to live.
