Lodha has been awarded a Bronze Cube at the ADC 105th Annual Awards for its children’s colouring book, marking its first global creative accolade for a book conceived, written and designed entirely in-house.
Presented by the Art Directors Club (ADC), the programme has recognised excellence in design and creative craft for over a century, honouring work across publishing, illustration, advertising and digital experiences. This year’s winners include globally recognised names such as Apple, Chanel and Tiffany & Co., across various categories, placing Lodha among a global community of creative brilliance.

Titled ‘An Explorer’s Book’, this award-winning work was created for Children’s Day 2025, with over 2,000 copies hand delivered to young residents across Lodha communities. Designed as an interactive experience rather than a conventional storybook, it combines child-friendly activities like colouring with creative crafts like origami, encouraging children to bring their imagination to the page.
At the heart of the book is Kabir, a young resident whose year unfolds through festive celebrations, neighbourhood discoveries and everyday moments across Lodha’s developments. Through his eyes, readers encounter the culture of care, hospitality and connection that defines life at Lodha, from seasonal festivities like Diwali and Pet Day gifting to the thoughtful touches that make a neighbourhood feel like home.

The significance of this recognition lies in its authenticity. Inspired by the lived experiences of residents, the book reflects a joyful way of life rather than a fictional narrative. What sets this apart is that it’s told through a child’s eyes, thereby retaining a sense of wonder across its pages.
As Lodha’s first global creative accolade for an entirely in-house publication, this honour is deeper than design. It validates the power of thoughtful storytelling. What began as a Children’s Day gift for our youngest residents now holds its own on one of the world’s most prestigious creative stages and a unique keepsake for children and their families who call Lodha home.
