Some neighbourhoods are built in anticipation of growth rather than in response to it.
Long before the infrastructure around this part of Thane became today's talking point, Richmond County had already begun taking shape. Tree-lined streets, Georgian-inspired villas, Club Royale, and a community that gradually found its own rhythm. The neighbourhood was planned with a long-term view—believing that connectivity would eventually reflect the quality of the address itself.
Today, that foresight is becoming increasingly evident.
Over the last few years, this corridor has emerged as one of the fastest-improving residential destinations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The fully operational Samruddhi Expressway, accessed via the Lodha Dham interchange, has dramatically improved travel towards Thane, Navi Mumbai and the wider region. The Ulhas Creek Bridge has strengthened east-west connectivity, reducing travel times and making daily commutes considerably more convenient.
As a result, Richmond County today sits approximately 20 minutes from Lake Shore Mall and Jupiter Hospital, around 15 minutes from the Outlet Mall of India, while Airoli and Mulund are within approximately 35 minutes, and Powai and Vikhroli within around 40 minutes.
These are not projected travel times. They are part of everyday life for residents already living at Richmond County.
Perhaps more importantly, the transformation is still unfolding.
The Thane Coastal Road will provide a faster connection towards the western side of the city, reducing dependence on existing arterial routes. The Eastern Freeway Extension is expected to strengthen access into South and Central Mumbai, while the Thane–Borivali Twin Tunnel will create a direct east-west connection beneath the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, significantly reducing travel between Thane and Borivali.
Metro Line 5 will further improve local mobility across Thane, Kalyan and Bhiwandi, adding another layer of public transport connectivity to a location that is already becoming increasingly accessible.
Taken together, these projects represent one of the most significant infrastructure transformations currently underway in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Infrastructure alone does not create a great address. It simply makes a great address easier to reach. That is what distinguishes Lodha Belmont.

Rather than launching into an emerging location, Lodha Belmont becomes the first high-rise chapter of Richmond County—a neighbourhood that has already established itself through two delivered villa phases, an operational Club Royale, and a thriving residential community.
Families considering Lodha Belmont today therefore benefit from two forms of certainty. The first is a neighbourhood that already exists. The second is connectivity that has matured considerably and continues to strengthen.
Together, they create a proposition that is becoming increasingly rare in Thane—an established low-density neighbourhood that is now better connected than ever before.
