The Eastern Freeway Extension is expected to strengthen access into South and Central Mumbai, while the Thane–Borivali Twin Tunnel will create a direct east-west connection beneath the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, significantly reducing travel between Thane and Borivali.

Metro Line 5 will further improve local mobility across Thane, Kalyan and Bhiwandi, adding another layer of public transport connectivity to a location that is already becoming increasingly accessible.

Taken together, these projects represent one of the most significant infrastructure transformations currently underway in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
