March 25, 2021Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla - the designer duo is renowned for their craftsmanship and design sensibilities which puts them in the top tier of Indian luxury designers. Their dream project during the pandemic has taken an exceptional form with one of Luxury at its pinnacle - One of the India's Highest Residences co-curated by two powerhouses of Indian Luxury at the rare icon in Mumbai - Lodha Ciel at The World Towers. A landmark collaboration with Lodha Luxury, after designing several celebrity homes, the designers have come to create a home that is the ultimate in Luxe living.
Akin to everything the virtuosos create, their inspiration for the villa is deeply rooted in Indian culture and heritage. The finest artisans, craftspeople and embroiderers of India worked tirelessly to create the signature Abu Sandeep residence to the very last detail. Signature Abu Sandeep elements including mirror installations, art deco brass boom furniture, metal screens and spectacular textiles featuring mirror and thread embroidery creating drama, luminosity and a sense of infinite space. The mirror installations also play with natural light to amplify both the interiors and the stunning vistas of the Mumbai Skyline from the 76th floor sky villa.

Abu and Sandeep have curated a spectacular selection of crystal lighting, modern art and antiques which lend the home a harmony of traditional and contemporary craftsmanship. The spaces come alive with flowers and indoor planters. The antiques selected from across the country range from the rarest one of a kind 16th century moghul bracket depicting a war elephant to 19th century standing Devi from Kerala, known for bringing good luck.

space must show the world who you are. During this pandemic's difficult times as we spend more and more time at
home, we wanted to create a sanctuary that showcases luxury at its highest pinnacle. A symphony of physical beauty
