Walking into Palava Café lately feels like stepping into a refined space, thanks to the new menu crafted by the in-house hospitality experts.
The first sip of the signature brew coffee sets the tone - smooth, rich and unlike anything else available in Palava. Globally, fine dining is moving towards elevated yet approachable experiences, and this menu captures that balance perfectly.
From Red Rice Arancini with its delicate texture, to the perfectly spiced Gaeng Phed Phak; from the hearty quesadillas to the fragrant Tom Kha soup and the earthy Funghi Pizza, every dish feels thoughtfully designed.
Desserts add a delightful finish - warm banana cake, gooey brownie with ice cream, freshly brewed juices, smoothies, and shakes that refresh without overpowering. What stood out for me was the way international favourites like artisanal pastas, pizzas and burritos are thoughtfully paired with familiar Indian comfort classics like Chaat and Pav Bhaji, creating a menu that feels both cosmopolitan and inclusive.
The café has elevated every detail from the premium leather-bound menu with nutrition details, to its collaboration with Blue Tokai for coffee. The result is a space that feels polished, welcoming and inclusive, while retaining a refined edge.
What makes it truly special is how naturally it blends into daily life - bringing a café culture of global calibre right into the heart of Palava. Every meal at the café has been an experience I’ve cherished with my family, and I eagerly look forward to occasions that let me return for my favourite brews and bites.
