Lodha Strengthens Its Position Among India’s Top 100 Most Valuable Brands 2025 by Kantar BrandZ

Lodha has once again been recognised among India’s Top 100 Most Valuable Brands 2025 by Kantar BrandZ, reinforcing the strength and momentum of its brand following its debut on the list last year.

In 2025, Lodha delivered an 18% year-on-year increase in brand valuation, reaching US$2,220 million. In a year where several peers in the real estate category saw a decline in brand value, Lodha stood out as the only real estate brand to record growth.

Lodha also rose four places in the rankings, a notable achievement given the broader competitive context this year. In 2025, Kantar BrandZ expanded the Indian ranking from Top 75 to Top 100 brands, introducing larger, high-valuation categories such as cement and further evolving coverage of brands across sectors. In addition, several high-value brands also launched their IPOs. These changes brought in brands with significantly higher absolute valuations, naturally ranking above real estate brands and making upward movement across the rankings more competitive.

Against this expanded and more competitive ranking universe, Lodha’s upward movement reflects the resilience of its brand equity and its ability to build value despite category headwinds.

The Kantar BrandZ rankings are widely regarded for their rigorous methodology, combining financial performance with consumer insight to assess brand strength and future potential. Lodha’s continued presence on the list underscores the effectiveness of its brand strategy - rooted in clarity of vision, consistency in leadership and a strong connection with consumers.
