Lodha Delivers Skechers National Distribution Center, India’s Tallest Warehouse

Lodha, India’s largest real estate developer, and Skechers, a global lifestyle and performance footwear and apparel brand, announced the completion and operation commencement of the first phase of a 6 Lakh+ sq. ft. warehouse within their larger strategic partnership to develop a 1.1 million-sq.- ft.-facility in Palava.

The state-of-the-art facility is designed to streamline supply chain operations, fortifying Skechers’ ability to expand its footprint in the Indian market and enable shipping of up to 60,000 units per day.
