Everything you need to know about Mumbai’s Trump Tower
We all are aware of US President Donald Trump’s India connection. His Trump Organisation has collaborated with two major real estate projects in Mumbai and Pune. Talking about the Mumbai project, Trump Organisation has tied up with Lodha Group in 2013 for a luxury residential project that has been named as ‘Trump Tower’. The tower is equipped with a private jet service and a seven-acre private park.
Here’s everything you need to know about Mumbai’s ‘Trump Tower’:
Trump has not invested anything, in fact it is owned and developed by Lodha Group. The developer will be paying a royalty for using the US President’s brand name.
The tower is part of Lodha’s master-planned neighbourhood ‘The Park’ at Worli.
The 800 foot-tall tower will have about 400 apartments and has been raised on 17 acres. The tower will comprise two wings with three units each.
It is said that the each apartment is well-equipped with 5-fixture master bathrooms, German Poggenpohl kitchen and an indoor Jacuzzi tub.
The tower will also include 7-acre landscape, valet service, army of private guards, special car tags, theatre, athletic tracks, spas and a cricket pitch.
Residents of the luxurious tower will be offered a private jet service.
A 5-BHK will cost about Rs 10.5 crore and a 3-BHK over rs 9.10 crore.
The tower is expected to be completed in 2018.
