Ours is a LEED certified project. (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). The criterion for this certification is based on several parameters. Such as water conservation, ventilation, energy conservation, environmentally sensitive design, safety measures and fire protection. Our air conditioning is 20% more power efficient - on account of the fact that it is water-cooled, not air-cooled. Recycled water from the campus is treated and used for this. It all adds up to substantial savings.
